Safeguarding
All of our tutors have obtained a basic Disclosure and Barring Service ( DBS ) check. The safety of our students is top priority - you may request copies of valid DBS certificates before proceeding with our tutoring services
Out of Hours Support
Out of hours support on homework is available to students and is charged as per the standard lesson fee
Limitation of Liability
The Tutor will strive to help the student progress, but cannot guarantee success or be held accountable for academic outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Tutor is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of their services or any errors in learning materials.
Lesson Etiquette
The student is assigned a specific time slot as per the booking and the Tutor will be available for the entire duration. If the student is late, the time will not be extended. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. If the Tutor cancels, a refund is not offered and the lesson will be rescheduled.
Homework
Students tend to have a high workload already, therefore homework is not set as a matter of course
